Tonight is the Night: These tights were an amazing find in H&M and I think they’re really edgy and great for the spring or autumn to wear with long shirts. This is a shirt that was my Dad’s and I adjusted it to make it short-sleeved, have contrasting buttons and a narrower waist and shape. The pale pinstripes are a really nice, subtle pattern to have. The rest of the outfit works on making this edgier with the trilby, heeled boots and tights with mesh panelling. It’s a look perfect for everyday wear and could easily be worn with a black blazer if an extra layer is needed.

When Everything’s Wrong: This is a contrasting look fighting between girly and edgy. The boots are edgy, but the pink, frilly socks are cute and girly. The dress is edgy but has girly touches with the pink stitching and buttons. This is a perfect look for everyday-wear in the summer when it’s sunny and warm but has rained recently as the boots keep your feet nice and dry.

Watching and Waiting: A summer look with a surfer girl vibe. It’s got quite a boho/indie edge and is really casual. Perfect for a lazy day doing not much at all. It’s nice and cool with the shorts and vest, but with beachy vibes such as the turquoise necklace and striped shoes. I love this look for casual days at the beach or on holiday when it’s warm.
