Losing Control: This is a casual outfit which I wear to lectures and for general uni stuff. The patterning on the skirt adds interest to the look and the boots are so so comfy. They are flat Chelsea ankle boots and it took me forever to find some but they are perfect. The top is also black to make a completely black canvas with just the jumper as colour. The jumper is loose-knit and oversized, making it really comfy and easy to wear. Overall this is a great everyday outfit.
So We Put Our Hands Up: I love the combination of the gold blouse with beading detail; which can be taken from day to night easily and is really versatile, and the daisy print skirt; cute and girly. They become the centrepiece of the outfit; a black and gold theme nicely echoed in the other items. The bag and shoes both have gold hardware on them but are otherwise black and the blazer is also black. This creates a great canvas to subtly add to the blouse and skirt. Due to the flat shoes this is a great outfit for going out shopping or for a casual lunch and I like to wear it for just uni lectures etc quite a lot.
Us Against the World: I love this monochrome look for everyday wear. The heels aren’t too high so they can be worn easily all day. My obsession with leather continues with these shorts. I love the shape to these shorts because they are high-waisted so they enhance the waist, but because the jumper is short it creates a baggier look on top nicely. I also added a cute bracelet which I bought in a charity shop to add something more to the outfit.
