Can’t be that Difficult to Find: This outfit is tailored and chic; perfect for smarter everyday wear. The shorts are slightly tailored and make for a more subtle focal point to the look because of the muted colour scheme. The top ties in nicely as it is black, creating a black canvas for the outfit along with the tights and boots. The leather shoulder pad detail and the chunky-heeled, cut-out boots add a little edge to the look. The boots are great to walk in all day because of the chunky heel, so they add a nice amount of height without being uncomfortable. The boots could easily be switched up for some black heels and a blazer could be added to make this look a little smarter, perhaps for the office.
Just a Little Bit: This one is definitely a more formal, going-out outfit. The long dress is great as it is a block colour of black with subtle details, such as the cut-out adding interest and the shorter underskirt with longer chiffon skirt which gives the silhouette of the legs and also has slits up both sides so the dress is really easy to walk in. The heels aren’t too high but are a bold statement in silver and glitter and they add a nice tie-in with the statement silver-cage necklace. These two pieces add the most interest to the look. The clutch just finishes the look off nicely with a patent black body and pale gold clasp and hardware. This is a perfect outfit for date night or for a night out.
If This Feeling Flows Both Ways: This outfit is also great for a night out. The black dress is very fitting and has lovely nest and studding detail around the top, enhancing my shape. The heels have black and white detail, making them interesting yet subtle and the platform on the heels make them easy to walk in all night long, despite being quite high. The clutch just finishes the look off nicely with a patent black body and gold details. To add a little more edge to the look a leather jacket could be added; especially if it is a little cooler.
